How to Get Set Up
Eight steps from invite to fully organized. Follow them in order and you will be up and running in minutes.
Get Your Invite
Sign up for alpha access on our website. You will receive an email with a personal invitation link. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).
Join TestFlight
Tap the link in your invite email to join Apple TestFlight. TestFlight is Apple's official platform for testing apps before they launch. If you do not have TestFlight installed, the App Store will prompt you to download it first.
Download ELAV8
Once you are in TestFlight, install ELAV8 and sign in with your account. The app lives on your home screen like any other app. TestFlight will notify you whenever a new update is available.
Just Say It™
Open ELAV8, tap the mic, and start talking. Tell it about your tasks, events, goals, things you want to remember, ideas you do not want to lose. Speak naturally. No special commands needed. Just talk the way you would to a trusted friend.
Watch It Organize
ELAV8 listens and works. Your speech is transcribed in real time, and AI parses out the tasks, events, goals, and notes from your words. Everything gets categorized and organized automatically. You speak it. ELAV8 sorts it.
Stay Connected
Connect your Google account and watch your calendar fill itself. Events you mention appear in Google Calendar. Tasks sync to Google Tasks. Apple Reminders integration is coming soon. The tools you already check every day now update themselves.
Your Data, Your Way
Every conversation is transcribed and logged so you can reference it later. Your preferences, likes, and dislikes are saved to make ELAV8 smarter over time. Search through past conversations, revisit old ideas, and never lose a thought again.

Voice Record
Tap Record and speak. Real-time transcription. Try Siri: "Record with ELAV8" or the Action Button (iPhone 15 Pro+).
Talks
Review sessions, see AI-generated tasks and events, continue conversations, and leave feedback.
Tasks
Add tasks with priorities and tags. Swipe to complete or delete. Search, filter, and approve AI-created tasks.
Events
Navigate days, months, and year. Create, edit, and drag events. Toggle List/Timeline views. Sync with Google Calendar.
Settings
Edit profile, toggle Dark Mode, customize AI preferences, set up Action Button, and configure date/time formats.
General
Sign up and log in (email, Google, Apple). Complete onboarding. Verify light/dark themes across device sizes.
